Managing risk has been Miguel’s life work. As a veteran police officer, Army combat medic, Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) member, and former SWAT Team member, he knows first-hand that effective training saves lives. In addition to being a Red Cross certified instructor in CPR, First Aid and AEP, Miguel was the recipient of the Lorain Police Lifesaving Award in 2018 and has received two Army Commendation Medals for Outstanding Performance.
